Carlos Alcaraz has won the US Open tennis for a second time.

He beat world number one and defending champion Jannik Sinner in four sets in last night's final in New York.

It's the Spaniard's sixth major title and the first at Flushing Meadows since 2022.

Alcaraz is now a two-time US Open champion, a six-time grand slam champion, and the new world No. 1.
