Ben Healy can afford to let his achievement at the Tour de France sink in.

Yesterday he become the first Irishman since Stephen Roche in 1987 to take the yellow jersey at the Tour de France.

He finished third in stage 10, and has a 29 second lead over defending champion Tadaj Pogacar in general classification.

There is a rest day today.
