The Irish Defence Forces has confirmed two of its vehicles were caught up in in an explosion in Southern Lebanon last night.
A UN convoy with eight troops on board were on patrol when an air attack hit a village.
The Defence Forces says there were no casualties, and both vehicles were recovered.
It is continuing to monitor the situation.
