The US has launched multiple strikes on Yemen's Houthis, killing dozens of people overnight.

31 people were killed and over 100 people were injured, those reported were mainly women and children.

The attacks took place in the rebel-held capital Sanaa, as well as on areas in Saada, Al-Bayda and Radaa.

According to RTÉ , US President Donald Trump yesterday said he had ordered the strikes and threatened more were to come if the rebels kept up their repeated attacks on shipping vessels in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden.

NBC Correspondent Yamiche Alcindor says he's also issued a warning to Iran on his 'Truth Social' platform.
