Some Fertility Clinics Advising Women To Avoid The Jab

It has been reported that some private clinics are advising women against the Covid-19 vaccine.

Pregnant women are being advised to get their Covid-19 vaccine, amid concerns that fertility clinics are advising women to avoid the jab.

The Sunday Independent reports that some private fertility clinics are advising against the vaccine, over concerns for expectant mothers and their unborn children.

However, Dr Cliona Murphy, chair of the Institute of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, insists the best thing pregnant women can do for their babies is to get the vaccine.

2,966 new cases of Covid-19 were reported yesterday, the highest number since January.
