A teenage boy was arrested and charged with assault causing harm to Mr. Termini over the weekend.
A second teenager has been arrested in connection with an attack on a US tourist in Dublin last week.
Another teenager charged in connection with the assault last weekend, is due back before the courts this morning.
Last week, Stephen Termini was attacked by a group of youths as he left his accommodation in Dublin's North Inner City.
The American tourist was on a dream trip to the capital.
Following the assault, the US embassy issued a warning to people coming to Ireland to be wary of their surroundings.

He's due back in the Children's Court this morning.
In a separate development a second teenage boy has been arrested in relation to this alleged assault today.
He's being questioned at a North Dublin Garda Station.
