Update: The two people who were killed have been named as husband and wife, Anthony Hogg (40) and Georgina Hogg Moore (39).
The couple are understood to be married with children, and were living in the Whitestown area nearby.

A second person has died following a hit and run incident in Blanchardstown in Dublin.
A man in his 40s who was seriously injured during the incident has passed away.
The incident happened on Blanchardstown Road North, near the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, at around 5.45pm yesterday when a car hit four pedestrians.
Yesterday it was confirmed a woman in her 30s died.
It is understand that the two people were a husband and wife.
A man in his 40s has been arrested in connection with the investigation.
