More action needs to be taken to improve the employment opportunities for people with a disability.
That's according to the employers body Ibec which is proposing a series of measures that would help individuals.
The proposals include re-working and updating the current grant system and creating an online platform for all supports.

It also wants an extra 15 million euro provided for personal assistants support.
