Red paint was splashed on the main pillars and beside the building’s entrance at St Stephen’s Green.

The paint, believed to be thrown in the early hours of this morning, appeared on the front of Iveagh House on St Stephen’s Green.

Red paint was splashed on the main pillars and beside the building’s entrance at St Stephen’s Green.

Gardaí at Pearse Street have launched an investigation and carried out a forensic examination of the scene.
