Pedestrian Remains In A Serious Condition Following Road Crash In Dublin

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses or anyone who was in the area between 7.50 pm and 8.20pm last night.

A pedestrian is in a serious condition in hospital following a after a serious road crash in north Dublin.

An appeal for witnesses has been made after a man in his 30s was hit by a car on the Old Navan Road in Mulhuddart yesterday.

It happened at around 8.15 last night.

The pedestrian was taken to Connolly Hospital and later transferred to Beaumont Hospital, where his condition is described as serious.

The driver of the car was uninjured.

The old navan road was closed for a time to allow for a technical exam of the scene.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses anyone who was in the area between 7.50 pm and 8.20 last night.
