Oireachtas Committee Endorses 'Cannabis Clubs' As Part Of Regulated Market

An Oireachtas committee has recommended using 'cannabis clubs' to help regulate the market.

These kinds of clubs are common in Spain, where they've operated for over 20 years.

That's one of the 59 suggestions in the report from the Committee on Drug Use.

It calls on the government to implement a health-lead approach, which echoes the citizens' assembly.
