Gardaí have launched an investigation into 'potential arson' following a house fire in Dublin last night.
This fire happened at a house in Buirg an Rí Walk in Clondalkin in the early hours of this morning.
Two gardaí and a woman in her 50s were taken to Tallaght hospital, after the officers used a ladder to rescue the woman from the property.
The two garda members have since been discharged, while the woman is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The fire has since been extinguished by Dublin Fire Brigade.
Gardaí believe the fire was not started accidentally, and are investigating a potential arson attack.
They are appealing for anyone who may have information or who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
