Half Of Children Think They Spend Too Much Time Online

New survey released to mark Safer Internet Day.

More than one in five children say they’ve seen something online they wouldn’t want their parents to know about.

A survey of 1,200 eight to 12 year-olds, found that almost a third can go online whenever they want, while half feel they spend too much time on their device.

The research was carried to mark Safer Internet Day, which is being highlighted by a number of organisations including the ISPCC and the National Parents Council.
