Low-cost examinership proposed.

Plans are underway to introduce new laws to help struggling small businesses.

There are concerns many viable businesses may find it difficult to survive as the country emerges from lockdown.

The Government wants to introduce a low cost examinership process that avoids the courts for these businesses.

Junior Minister, Robert Troy, hopes to have the legislation in place soon.

Tik-Tok is also hoping to help small business as they reopen.

It’s setting up a hub here and is encouraging businesses to use the platform instead of just traditional advertising to promote their brand.

Lisa Friedrich from Tik Tok Europe explains.
