Ex Chair Of Inner City Helping Homeless Says Lessons Must Be Learned From Its Collapse.

The High Court has appointed a liquidator to wind the charity down.

The former Chairperson of the Inner City Helping Homeless charity has said lessons have to be learned from collapse of the organisation in controversial circumstances.

David Hall was speaking after an  liquidator was appointed to wind down the charity.

The collapse was brought about following the death of it's founder Cllr. Anthony Flynn.


He'd been suspended from the charity after it emerged he was being investigated for allegations of sexual assault.

Mr. Hall says changes to the way the homeless charity sector is organised need to happen.
