Dublin Airport Queues Below 30 Minutes

Passengers still advise to arrive 3 and a half hours before flight.

Dublin Airport says security queues are currently staying below 30 minutes.

That despite expectations of an extremely busy bank holiday weekend.

Airport authorities are still advising passengers to arrive 3 and a half hours ahead of their flight, to make allowances for delays.

A shortage of trained security staff has led to delays, with crews struggling to cope with the speedy return of international travel after the Covid pandemic.

Graham McQueen from the DAA says can passengers be reassured that extra staff are on hand:
