Cost Of Living Is Rising, According To The CSO.

Its particularly apparent in areas like heating, fuel and food.

The cost of living is rising in certain areas like groceries, heating and petrol.

The latest inflation figures show the rate stabilised for the month of June.

Chief Economist with KBC Bank, Austin Hughes, says it’s sending out mixed messages for consumers.

It’s believed post lockdown spending is one of the reasons behind the increase which is set to trend upwards for the year.
