A hearing date will be set in May in the case of a woman charged with possessing stolen hanging flower baskets which were allegedly traced to her home with a tracking device.
45-year-old Mary O'Driscoll of Brookhill, Ballea Road, Carrigaline, Cork appeared at the District Court in Cork City today.
In January the court heard six hanging baskets and flowers worth €180 were stolen from Inch, Killeagh, Co Cork between the 29th and 31st of May last year.

Sgt Pat Lyons told the court Gardaí obtained a warrant to search O’Driscoll’s house and had found the baskets and tracking device there.
Today, the case was put back until the 21st of May when a date for trial will be set.
