Apps like Snapchat causes some young people significant stress.

Children as young as twelve are having difficulty switching off after playing online games and using apps.

New research by CyberSafeKids also found teenage girls are more likely to feel negative after spending time online.

The online safety charity is urging people to put their smart devices down, from 5pm today to 5pm tomorrow.

Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, Colman Noctor, says using apps like Snapchat causes some young people significant stress.
