Sinn Fein has become the party with the most MPs in Northern Ireland

Britain's new Government may have calls for a United Ireland on their agenda in the very near future.

For the first time, Sinn Fein has become the party with the most MPs in Northern Ireland - although they won't take up those seats in the UK Houses of Parliament because of their opposition to British authority.

The result means they've won majorities in the Stormont Assembly, local council and Westminster elections.

That could pose a constitutional problem for the new British Prime Minister as Sinn Fein continues to call for a vote on Irish unity.

Senior Ireland correspondent David Blevins explains.
