At 8am this morning, 11 admitted patients were waiting on trolleys in Naas General's emergency department, with 3 admitted patients waiting for beds in wards elsewhere in the hospital.
It's the second day the hospital has seen a decrease in trolley numbers.
On Tuesday, 41 people were awaiting beds - the highest figure nationally.
On Wednesday 22 admitted patients were waiting on trolleys.
On Thursday morning, 370 people were awaiting beds in the Irish hospital system.
The figures, provided by the INMO, reveal the highest number of patients waiting for beds in an Irish hospital is at University Hospital Limerick, where 49 people are awaiting beds.
