1,124 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported this evening.

The five-day moving average of cases has continued to fall for the fourth day in a row.

Latest figures show there are 349 Covid-positive patients in hospitals nationally, which is 16 percent higher than last Tuesday.

The @hpscireland has today been notified of 1,124 confirmed cases of #COVID19.

As of 8am today, 349 COVID-19 patients are hospitalised, of which 65 are in ICU.

The five day moving average is 1,143.
