Gardaí in Athy are examining Ring doorbell footage and canvassing local CCTV.
A distinctive three-tone wedding band is among jewellery worth around €1,400 stolen during a burglary in Coltstown, Castledermot, last Friday, October 3rd.
The break-in happened at a house just off the L4015 road between 8am and 10pm.
The back door was smashed and other items taken included a gold Celtic knot necklace with diamonds, a silver ring, and a small gold horse-shaped charm.
