Tealights and Green Lights: Kildare Unites For Mental Health Awareness

Local businesses have placed tealights in their windows to remind people of the supports available.

A number of local businesses are taking part in the Samaritans Samaritans Longest Night campaign.

Speaking on Kildare Today, Judy Murphy from Newbridge and Kildare Samaritans advised locals to reach out if they are struggling in the run up to Christmas.

She said there's always someone on the other end of the phone, with anyone needing to talk advised to reach out.

Local businesses have placed tealights in their windows to remind people of the supports available, while a number of local buildings will be lit up in green.
