According to Myhome.ie the number of homes available to buy in 2023 was down 20 per cent on the year before.
The median asking price for a property in Kildare is €280,000 - a €1,000 increase compared with this time last year.
The asking price for a 4-bedroom semi-detached home in the county climbed by €2,500 over the quarter, reaching €322,500. This reflects a similar increase compared to the corresponding period last year.
The number of properties available for sale in Kildare stood at 450, marking a 10% decline compared to the previous quarter.
