Over €385,000 will be used to carry out safety enhancements on regional and local roads, while over €473,000 will go towards drainage works.

Nationally, over 713 million euro is to be invested in our roads.
In Kildare, the largest chunk, over 11 million euro, will be spent on restoring roads.
Over €500,000 will go towards bridge rehabilitation works, climate change adaptation and resilience works, while €550,000 will be spent on the N7.
