Save Castletown Committee Accepts No Right Of Way Exists In Court Agreement

According to legal documents seen by Kfm News, the agreement means both sides will drop their legal actions.

A High Court case involving the Save Castletown Committee and a group of property developers has been settled.

According to legal documents seen by Kfm News, the agreement means both sides will drop their legal actions.

The Save Castletown Committee has accepted that the developers’ lands are not subject to any public right of way.

The group will also remove any online claims about public access to the lands and will begin the process of winding up the committee.

Both cases will be struck out by consent, and each side will pay its own legal costs.
