Deadline is the 14th of March.
A public consultation takes place on the Sallins Amenity Lands in Osberstown and it opens today.
The public must make a submission before 14th March.
"Sallins is seriously lacking in amenities, and it's something that is long overdue," according to Councillor Carmel Kelly.
"James Lawless and I will be in Cafe Grange on Saturday 12th March to consult with any members of the public.
"Submissions can be made online, but I know that many people don't like to do things online.
"We'll be in the cafe for anyone who needs help or wishes to attend," she said.
