Protest Planned For Saturday In Memory Of Late Harvey Morrison Who Waited Years For Scoliosis Surgery

The nine-year-old died at the end of last month following a short illness.

A protest will take place this Saturday in memory of the late Clondalkin boy Harvey Morrison.

The nine-year-old died at the end of last month following a short illness.

He had waited years for surgery for scoliosis.

People Before Profit is urging as many people as possible to attend the protest at the Garden of Remembrance in Dublin.

Kfm recently highlighted how a young Monasterevin boy with spina bifida has been left waiting 18 months for follow-up assessment appointments to monitor his condition - despite being told the wait would be just one year.

His mother attended the funeral of Harvey Morrison.

Lisa Brett explained how she is already expecting "a fight" when her son does need possible surgery down the line.
