Updated employment order to boost lowest wages by 10% from October 13th
Childcare providers who are earning minimum wage will see their salary increase by an average of 10 per cent this month.
The government is updating an employment order on October 13th which will boost the lowest pay rates.
It expects around two thirds of workers in the sector to see an increase, which is about 23,000 people.
