He was granted bail on his own bond of €200
A Newbridge resident is one of the six people who were further arrested yesterday following Monday's events at Coolock, North Dublin.
Tom Printer, 68, of Pairc Mhuire, Newbridge was charged with the offence of failing to comply with the direction of a garda.
Along with the five other people, he was granted bail on his own bond of €200 and with the condition that they he stays away from the former Crown Paints factory on the Malahide Road.
Some were also told to stay away from Coolock Garda Station, including Printer.
When his case was called, Printer's solicitor Lorraine Stephens said the accused was a man of partial hearing and was retired.
The court was also told he had left his car at the garda station, which he was given permission to retrieve it in an arrangement with gardaí.
All were remanded on bail to appear again in court on September 10th.
