Other incidents, according to Cllr Mark Leigh (Lab), have included bins being set on fire in a housing estate, stones thrown at passing vehicles, and the use of illegal fireworks since September.
He described the behaviour as "disheartening", noting that the facilities were provided to benefit the entire community.
