Median Price For A Residential Property In Kildare Stands At €390,000

Households paid a median price of €323,000 for a dwelling on the residential property market in the 12 months to October 2023.

The Dublin region had the highest median price at €439,250.

The highest median prices outside of Dublin were in Wicklow at €427,499 and Kildare at €390,000.

The W23 eircode in the Celbridge area was the most expensive in the county with the median price for a house standing at €455,000.

The lowest price for a house was recorded in the R14 eircode, where the median price was €228,000.
