A free Leaving Cert support group has been launched by mental health charity Turn2Me
The charity say the Leaving Cert can be an extremely stressful time for young people and their families, which can trigger panic attacks, anxiety, and low self-esteem for many.
The online support groups will start next week and students in Kildare can sign up on Turn2Me.ie
Fiona O'Malley from the charity says the support groups will be a space where young people can share their struggles anonymously.
