The landlord is selling the property, ending a decade-long stay for the organisation.
The KWWSPCA hoped to remain until a new shelter was ready.
However, with this sudden change, they are now urgently seeking a temporary location.
The KWWSPCA will host its "Noah's Ark Facebook Auction" on Friday, August 2nd.
The auction features donated items to raise funds for animal care.
Last year, the group's vet bills reached €220,000.
Speaking on Kildare Today, KWWSPCA Chairperson John Kane appealed to the public for help.
