According to a report by Savills Ireland, the county was one of the top performers in the country outside of Dublin.
The broader market for luxury homes across Ireland saw a notable 44% increase in transaction value, reaching €275 million, far surpassing the 10-year average of €139 million.
Kildare’s €64.5 million in sales accounted for a significant portion of this total.
