Kildare People Asked To Look Out For Bowel Cancer Symptoms

April is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month.

Kildare people are being asked to be on the look out for the signs and symptoms of bowel cancer

The importance of screening is being highlighted as Bowel Cancer Awareness Month starts today.

It is the second most common invasive cancer in men and the third in women.

People over 60 are the most high risk group for the disease which affects around 2,600 people in Ireland every year.
