Kildare Households Urged To Submit Meter Readings

Customers warned they could end up paying more for energy

Kildare households are being urged to submit a meter reading this weekend to avoid facing increase of hundreds of euro on their energy bills

Seven Irish energy providers will raise their prices from October by between 17 to 50 per cent depending on the supplier.

These price hikes are likely to effect two million electricity customers and 600,000 gas customers adding 'hundreds' to their bills.
