The firm says it "has continuously monitored the unfolding situation in Ukraine"
Kerry Group has suspended its operations in Russia and Belarus.
In a statement, the company - which has its Global Technology & Innovation Centre headquartered in Naas - says it has continuously monitored the unfolding situation in Ukraine, noting the firm is horrified at the escalation of the humanitarian crisis.
Over the last number of weeks the company has scaled back its activities in Russia and Belarus, but today decided on suspending operations in both countries.
The firm says suspension will be managed in an orderly manner, and employees will continue to be paid and legal obligations fulfilled.
