To date, five people have been arrested in connection with the investigation, however no one has been brought to justice.
A fresh appeal has been launched in connection with the murder of a man who was last seen in Tallaght in Dublin 16 years ago.
The last sighting of Paul 'Frank' Byrne was on July 15th 2009 at Kilmartin Green in Tallaght, when he was seen leaving in a 2000 registered wine-coloured Mitsubishi Carisma accompanied by a number of other men.
Just over a year later, on July 29th 2010, the 20-year-old's remains were discovered in a wooded area by a forestry worker near Blessington in Wicklow.

Gardai in Blessington have renewed their appeal for information.
They said anyone who comes forward will be treated in a sensitive manner.
