The body of a man in his 50s has been discovered.
Kildare Gardaí have stood down the search operation for a missing person that was being conducted along the River Barrow near Athy.

The operation featured the assistance of local Gardaí, the Civil Defence search dogs, and the the Garda Air Support Unit, who attended with drones
