€35,000 Spent On Outdoor Summer Provision In Naas.

KCC has been allocated a total of €177,000.

€35,000 has been spent on "outdoor summer" infrastructure in Naas.

In total, €177,000 was allocated to Kildare County Council to facilitate creation of outdoor public spaces.

The Naas sum has been spent on picnic tables, benches and landscaping for Poplar Squar

Fine Gael Cllr., Evie Sammon, raised the matter at the Naas Municipal District meeting.

She says at least one more project is planned in the town.

Cllr. Sammon joined Eoin Beatty on Monday's edition of the programme to discuss all of her motions before the July meeting of the MD
