Today Ms. Hand's legal team are seeking an injunction to prevent the footage from being made public.
The High Court will be asked today to block the potential publication of CCTV footage linked to the civil case taken against Straffan resident Conor McGregor.
Nikita Hand successfully sued the MMA fighter for damages over her claim that he raped her at a Dublin hotel in 2018.
During the trial last year the jury was shown CCTV images from the hotel's car park and lift areas.

It comes after a business associate of Conor McGregor suggested it would be shared online to boost sales of alcohol in Italy.
Meanwhile, McGregor has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a US basketball arena.
The alleged incident took place in June 2023 during the NBA finals in Miami.
The woman is accusing the MMA fighter of assaulting her in a bathroom and is seeking damages from him and the arena.
McGregor denies the allegations and has called them a "shakedown".
