Key features of the project include a 36-bay EV charging hub, eight EV bus/HGV charging spaces, a 9,383 sq.m single-storey distribution centre with 13 loading bays, a service station with retail and food offerings, and a drive-thru café.
Additional infrastructure includes parking for 169 vehicles, cycle lanes, pedestrian pathways, and outdoor recreational spaces.
The proposal also involves modifications to local roads, including a new slip lane and entrance improvements, as part of an access strategy agreed with Kildare County Council.
