Baltinglass Tidy Towns said the facility was removed due to an "ongoing poblem" of people dumping bags of clothes next to it.
Bags of items dumped at a clothes bank at the Parish Centre in Baltinglass has lead to it being removed.
Baltinglass Tidy Towns said the facility was removed due to an "ongoing problem" of people dumping bags of clothes next to it.
They said the bags are then pulled apart by animals, rendering the items useless.
They have urged the public to find alternative ways to donate or recycle clothes if a bin is full.
