High pressure to settle over Ireland
Clear skies and warm temperatures will continue across Kildare this St Patrick's weekend and into next week.
The conditions are being caused by a 'record breaking high' over Denmark.
That high pressure will settle in over Ireland from Tuesday, with a long spell of good weather expected.
Meterologist with Met Eireann, Deirdre Lowe, says the best conditions will be in the Midlands and West:
The rest of today will be dry & mostly sunny, but breezy too, in fresh & gusty southeast winds. š
