According To Uisce Éireann Repairs To A Burst Water Main May Cause Supply Disruptions Around County Kildare

Repairs to a burst water main may cause low pressure and supply disruptions to Carton Demesne, Newtown, Blakestown, Parsonstown, Dublin Rd, Kellystown, Leixlip and surrounding areas in Co. Kildare.

An alternative water supply will also be available at SuperValu carpark in Leixlip and SuperValu carpark in Celbridge.

As a precautionary measure, Uisce Éireannn recommends that any members of the public who obtain water from a tanker or bowser boil the water before use.

Finally, it is recommended for locals to allow 3-4 hours after the estimated restoration time for your supply to fully return.
