Some 26 people were on trolleys in Naas General Hospital as of 8am this morning, according to today's INMO trolley watch figures.
25 people were waiting for beds in the emergency department, while one person was waiting for a bed elsewhere in the hospital.
Across the country 521 people were being treated on trolleys at hospitals, that's an increase of four on yesterday's figures.
University Hospital Limerick has the highest number of patients without beds, at 88.
That's followed by 54 patients at Cork University Hospital and 42 at St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin.
