Today, Naas General Hosiptal figures show 24 patients are on trolleys according to the INMO

The INMO wants the new government to ensure safe staffing, after record overcrowding figures in January.

Almost 14 thousand patients were left waiting on trolleys last month, with the highest figures in University Hospital Limerick.

General Secretary of the Irish Nurses' and Midwives' Organisation, Phil Ní Sheaghdha says hospitals are on the brink:
