116 Irish Athletes Are Taking Part In The Tokyo Olympics.

Brendan O'Brien, is a Sports Journalist at the Irish Examiner, joined Eoin Beatty live from Tokyo for a Games preview.

116 Irish athletes, the largest ever team, are taking part in the Olympic Games, and the opening ceremony begins at midday.

Team Ireland is contesting in 19 of the 33 Olympic sports, and Rowing and Boxing are tipped as the most likely sports to bring home medals.
